We provide archives that contain the Python sources and shared libraries required for running ISD. The shared libraries are compiled for 32-bit and 64-bit Linux (glibc-6) systems using different versions of Python.

Version 1.1

Version 1.1 comes with several new features and improvements. We provide the folling archives:

Past versions

Version 1.0 implements the principle of Inferential structure determination and permits one to infer protein structures from various NMR parameters, including assigned NOEs, RDCs, and J couplings. ISD comes with a parallel replica-exchange Monte Carlo engine, which distributes a calculation on a Linux cluster. It also contains functionality to analyse the calculation restults by means of a PDF report.
